Ingredients

20 oz frozen chopped spinach – drained well

2-1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix

1 each onion, large – grated

3/4 cup margarine – melted

1 teaspoon garlic salt

5 each eggs – beaten

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon pepper and thyme

HORSERADISH DIP

1/2 cup sour cream

Prepared horseradish to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Chill mixture until fairly firm. Form into small balls. Spread on cookie sheet and freeze.

Store frozen balls in ziplock bag in freezer until needed.

TO SERVE: Bake at 350*F for 25 minutes. Serve with horseradish dip.
