Ingredients

1 cup - mayonnaise

1 cup - sour cream

2-3 scallions (or spring onions)

1 pkg - Knorr vegetable soup

1 pkg - frozen chopped spinach, drained

1 can - water chestnuts, sliced

1 loaf (round) - sour dough bread

Preparation

Combine all ingredients Chill for at least 4 hours (overnight is better) Hollow out the bread and fill with dip. Serve with remaining bread or crackers.
