Ingredients

1 package spinach

1 cup flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup butter

1 onion

8 oz mozzarella

Bacon (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 and lightly grease 9x13

Defrost, squeeze, chop and heat through spinach- set aside. Melt butter and set aside. Chop onion.

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Incorporate wet ingredients. Add remainder and transfer to 9x13.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and cut into 24 pieces.
