Ingredients
2 tablespoon Butter
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 Celery, sticks
3 garlic, sliced
1 pound Ham, chopped
1 pound Green peas
1 quart Chicken stock
2 1/2 cups water
2 Carrots, chopped
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 pepper to taste
Preparation
Saute onion in butter, add sliced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add carrots and celery cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Chicken stock, water, peas, bay leaf, Marjoram and pepper.
bring to a boil, reduced heat and simmer for 1 hour.
