Ingredients

1 spaghetti squash

4 egg yolks

~1/2c. almond milk

salt, fresh ground white pepper

1/2 pkg turkey bacon

1 red onion

garlic

Preparation

Roast spaghetti squash for about 1 hr til tender. Saute bacon with olive oil; add onions+garlic. Fork spaghetti squash into pan. Add olive oil. Beat yolks and milk. Remove squash/onions/bacon from heat and stir into beaten yolks and milk. Add crushed white pepper and salt. Sprinkle with fresh chopped Italian parsley.
