Ingredients
⅓ c Scotch Whiskey
¼ c Brown sugar
⅓ c Soy sauce (I use lighter in sodium)
2 T Dijon mustard
½ Onion fined chopped
4 New York Strip Steaks, trimmed
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients, except for steak and put either in a larger container with a lid or a large sealable plastic bag. Add steaks and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Broil or Grill to desired doneness.
