Ingredients

5 cups Water

5 teaspoons Beef base

1/3 cup Medium barley

1/2 cup Chopped carrots

1/2 cup Chopped celery

1 Onion chopped

1 cup Mixed frozen vegetables

3 teaspoon Kitchen bouquet

1 1/2 pound Ground beef

14.5 ounces Canned Diced tomatos

Preparation

Bring water to boil, add beef base and stir.

Once completely dissolved add barley.

Chop onion,carrots & celery and add to broth.

Simmer until barley is cooked.

Brown ground beef and drain. Added to broth and return to simmer.

Add kitchen bouquet, tomatos & frozen vegetables bring to boil then simmer.

Pepper to taste
