Plunge trimmed bok choy into boiling water - 1 to 1.5 minutes. Drain well. Bring 1 Tbsp vegetable oil and a splash of sesame oil heated in the wok Add garlic and stir fry Add Drained bok choy Add scallions Splash of soy sauce to coat, serve immediately while still crisp
