Ingredients
¾# beef strips
1 tsp corn flower
3 TBS soy sauce
3 TBS canola
1 red onion thinly sliced
½ red capsicum thinly sliced
2 tomatoes cut in wedges
1 TBS red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 scallions thinly sliced
1 TBS jalapeño finely chopped
¼ C cilantro
Preparation
Toss meat w/cornflour & 1 TBS soy sauce Wok beef in 1 TBS oil until well browned then set aside Saute red onion in 2 TBS oil until soft Add capsicum & tomatoes until capsicum is soft Add soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar Return meat for a few minutes Serve over linguini …or have pasta cooked and add with sauce & meat. Toss together and serve
