Ingredients
1 cup Butter, unsalted, softened
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
4 cups Sugar, Powdered
Preparation
Mix butter on low until fluffy.
Add Cream Cheese and vanilla and mix for 1 minute
Add powdered sugar one cup at a time, mixing thoroughly.
When all sugar has been added, whip the frosting on high for 30 seconds to make it nice and smooth.
Spread onto cooled cake.
Top with sliced strawberries if desired.
