Ingredients
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4c. + a rounded t. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 crushed strawberries
Preparation
Pour into unbaked pie crust, Cover with top crust. Bake like a blueberry pie. I can’t remember oven temp or time, but I’d guess 350 until it is done.
