Ingredients
1 pound baby spinach leaves
washed and dried
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup slivered almonds slightly toasted
1 cup sliced strawberries
2-3 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
DRESSING
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar or splenda
1 teaspoon finely minced fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Blend Dressing well and let blend while you prepare the salad. Mix together or arrange salad on individual serving plates and toss sliced strawberries with 1-2 tablespoons of dressing, then arrange them on salad plates and serve
