Ingredients
large cabbabe leaves
2lbs ground beef
1 med onion grated
3 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raw rice
salt and pepper
For Sauce :
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2lb canned tom sauce
garlic

28oz can peeled chopped toms
1 large onion chopped
2tbs fat
1/2 cup ketchup
juice of one lemon
1/3cup brown sugar
1 cup wine
Preparation
cook cabbage leaves until soft but not mushy
for filling : combine ingredients mix and spoon into cabbage leaves. Roll like a cigar, loosely
make sauce without the sugar
put cabbage leaves in the bottom of pot and add stuffed rolls. More cabbage leaves on top. add sauce
cook 2 hrs then add the sugar
