Ingredients
3 Peppers
1/2 Frozen onions peppers and celery blend
3 Garlic cloves chopped
1 Ground beef
1 Olive oil
1 Rice (cooked)
1/2 Sauce (traditional/meat)
1 Salt and pepper
Preparation
Pre heat oven to 350
Clean and cut tops off peppers, deseed and cut lengthwise. Place peppers in bowl with small amount of water and salt, microwave 5 minutes.
Saute veggie blend in olive oil in skillet. Add garlic.
Brown ground beef till done. Add rice and sauce, stir to combine.
Place peppers in baking dish, fill with meat mixture, bake for 18 minutes.
