4 peppers

1 onion

garlic

1/2 olive oil

1 lb ground beef'

2 tomatos

chopped mint, parsely, oregano

1/2 c rice

salt and pepper

Preparation

clean out peppers and place in dish so they wont fall. Brown onion and meat Heat together chopped tomatoes, cooked rice, herbs Mix together stuff peppers Oil and water in bottom of dish, some oil on top of peppers. Bake 1 hr covered.
