Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves chopped garlic
1 chopped shallot
Salt
Black pepper
1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup baby spinach
Sliced sharp cheddar
Chopped sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Basil
1 cup mayo
English muffins
Preparation
Heat olive oil 1 minute.
Add garlic, shallot, salt, and pepper, and cook for 3 min.
Stir garlic mixture into ground turkey. Mold turkey into patties with some spinach leaves and piece of cheese in each patty.
Cook 5 mins per side.
Mix sundried tomatoes with vinegar, basil, and mayo. Serve over burgers on toasted English muffins.
