Sugar Coated Walnut Crescents Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Butter

3 tablespoon Confection Sugar

1 egg yolk beaten

1 cup walnuts finely chopped

3 1/4 cup flour

combine/mix butter, sugar, walnuts and egg

gradually mix in flour until combined

form into crescents and put on baking sheet

bake at 275 for 40 minutes

sift some confectioners sugar on sheet and place warm cookies over sugar, then sift more confectioners sugar over the top while cookies still hot

optional: melt some chocolate and dollup one end with semi sweet chocolate
