Ingredients

3 cups Pecan Halves

1 Egg Whites

1 teaspoon Cold Water

1 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Ginger

1/4 teaspoon Ground Clove

1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 250º.

Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat egg whites, vanilla and water until egg whites just begin to foam; not white.

Fold in pecan halves and all spices.

Spread onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 1 hour.

Let cool and break apart as needed.
