Ingredients
1 pieces Fresh Peach
1 teaspoon Green Tea Leaves (Matcha)
3 sprigs Fresh Thyme Leaves
2 teaspoons Floral Thyme Honey
200 milliliters Water
Preparation
Steep the tea leaves in freshly boiled water for about 5 minutes and separate tea and the leaves using a filter.
Let the tea cool for about 15 – 20 minutes.
After which, slice the peach into slices, not too thin.
Place the fresh thyme leaves in the green tea and stir well, approximately for 1 minute.
If you prefer the drink cold, refrigerate the mixture for a few hours.
Place the sliced peaches into the drink, adding the honey and stir well for about a few minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
