Ingredients
1 onion
1 tbsp butter
4 large tomatoes cut and diced or 1 large can peeled tomatoes chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp brown sugar
1tsp white wine vinegar
Frank’s hot sauce
salt
Preparation
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until translucent, add tomatoes and cook for 5 min over medium heat. Add brown sugar, salt and vinegar taste - should be sweet sour taste. Serve as sauce with Frikkadels or pork bangers
