Ingredients
8 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
4 large onions, sliced in rings
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vinegar
2 - 15 oz cans butter beans, drained
1 - 16 oz can green lima beans, drained
1 - 16 oz can red kidney beans, drained
1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained
1 - 28 oz can country style baked beans, undrained
Preparation
Place onions in skillet in bacon grease. Add brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt and vinegar. Cook, covered, 20 minutes. Add onion mixture to beans, add crumbled bacon and pour into 3 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
