Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin, sliced, or thick pork chops
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
6 Tbsp honey
2 small shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Puree in food processor: lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, shallots, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, and ginger. Put pork in a ziploc baggie and pour in the liquid and add the bay leaves. Reserve 1/4 cup liquid in a separate container to use as a baste. Marinate for a minimum of 12 hours in fridge. Grill the pork over medium heat, turning and basting often, until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
