Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 sea salt to taste
Preparation
Slice potatoes very thinly, using a mandolin or food processor.
Soak potato sliced in cold water for 30 minutes.
Drain and pat dry the slices thoroughly. This step is important.
Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and salt, ensuring every slice is coated with oil.
lightly grease the air fryer basket.
In batches, air fry the potatoes at 390 degrees for 20 minutes, giving the basket a good shake every 7 minutes.
If it still is not crisp, air fry for another 5 minutes.
