120 grams 1 medium red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
680 grams 2 large sweet potatoes - cubed`
3 clove Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1 1/2 cups Vegetable Broth
2 tablespoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Lime zest, grated
1 1/2 tablespoons Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Chat Masala
2 cup Cauliflower
2 pinches 2 fresh green chiles, such as jalapeños, seeded and minced (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
4 cups vegetable oil, plus 3 to 4 cups for frying

Preparation
Combine onion, bell pepper, sweet potatoes, garlic, and ginger in a 4-quart slow cooker.
Combine broth, garam masala, and salt; stir into slow cooker mixture. Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Stir in basil, zest, and lime juice.
Finish with Chat Masala
