Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes, sliced into even-sized fry-shaped pieces

2 teaspoons canola oil

2 teaspoons curry powder

½ teaspoon turmeric

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Pinch of red pepper flakes, optional

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Thoroughly DRY fries by patting them down with paper towels several times. This is very important if you want crispy fries. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients. Place fries in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp and browned slightly, 25-35 minutes.
