Ingredients

4 peeled medium sweet potatoes; diced

a packet of bacon; diced

6 tbls of Joghurt

1 onion

a hand full of parsley

Tumeric

Garam masala

Peper and salt for seasoning

Preparation

Dice the Potatoes and lay them aside. Meanwhile dice the onion in reasonable small pieces and also the bacon. Fry the bacon together with the onion on medium heat until golden. Now add the sweet potato and fry on high heat until the potato gets crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Then add the Joghurt together with the spices and leve it on low heat then add the chopped parsley.
