Ingredients

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 stick margarine

1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 stick margarine (not melted)

1/2 cup self-rising flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Bake the sweet potatoes until soft, peel and mash. Mix all ingredients and put in baking dish. For topping: Mix all together by hand. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350* for about 30 minutes
