Ingredients
1/8 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 lbs. pears, peeled and sliced
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
Preparation
Mix brown sugar, salt and cinnamon together and then add to melted butter and sugar. Toss vegetables with above ingredients. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees . Then broil 5 minutes.
