Ingredients
2 pound pork tenderloin
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
1 Tb yellow mustard
2-3 Tb maple syrup
2 Tb diced onion
2 Tb evoo
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Place pork in slow cooker . Mix sauce ingredients in bowl and pour over pork. Cook on low for 6 hrs.
