Ingredients

4 pounds Spareribs

2 cups Brown Sugar

1 cup Chilli Sauce

1/2 cup Ketchup

1 cup Dark Rum or Apple Juice

1/2 cup Soy Sauce

2 teaspoons Dry Mustard

4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

4 cloves Garlic (Crushed)

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Mix Sauce Ingredients in Bowl

Boil ribs 1/2 hour

Line Pan with Ribs

Baste in Sauce

Bake at 350 (45 min), baste again and bake 1/2 hour
