Ingredients

1 bunch Swiss Chard

1/4 cup Olive oil

1 tablespoon Bacon bits

2 splash Red wine vinegar

2 cloves Garlic

Preparation

Cut away center ribs and chop into 2 inch pieces

Heat oil and cook smashed garlic cloves until brown and remove from oil.

Sautee stems until tender

Add leaves and cook until just wilted

Add bacon bits and few splashes of red wine vinegar
