Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1/4 Tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 to 1/3 Cup Water
Preparation
For taco seasoning: While cooking meat, mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Drain meat just before it reaches desired “doneness”, and return it to skillet. Evenly season the meat and slowly add the water. Simmer until the water is just about gone.
For rice: Cook rice as directed Add seasoning to cooked rice, thoroughly mixing until all of the rice is seasoned.
