Ingredients

60 g Soba Noodles

1/2 can Chickpeas

1/2 bunch Kale

1 Tomato

2 tablespoons Tahini

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

3 dashes Lemon Juice

Preparation

  1. Boil Noodles

  2. Saute Kale

  3. Add chickpeas and cover with kale, turn to low

  4. Drain noodles

  5. Add cut up tomato chickpeas and kale

  6. Squirt lemon juice and drizzle tahini and olive oil
