Ingredients

1 piece Banana

2 pieces Eggs

Preparation

Peel the banana and mash in a bowl with the back of a fork

Beat two eggs in a separate bowl

Mix the two together until well combined

Add a knob of butter (okay… so technically butter is kind of a third ingredient) to a large non-stick pan over high heat

Pour the pancake batter into the pan and do the pancake flip! ;)

Once golden brown on either side, your delicious pancake is ready to be covered in toppings of your choosing!
