Ingredients

4 cup masa

2.5 cup chicken stock

2 ancho chilies (or adobo and chipotle, or 1 cup salsa)

1 cup corn kernels (or more)

1 tsp salt

1.5 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup shortening or frozen olive oil (dough is not as fluffy with olive oil but tastes sam)

add chopped cilantro

mix stock and ancho and then with corn, blend so its smooth. combine masa and other flours, then mix in shortening, and then stock mix, to soft dough (or more pasty and spreadable), knead
