Ingredients

1 box cornbread mix (yellow) (small box)

1 can enchilada sauce

1 pound ground beef, browned

1/4 cup onion

1 can diced green chilis (small can)

1 can black beans, drained

1 can corn

1 can diced tomatoes

1 package taco seasoning

Preparation

Brown the ground beef with the onion. Drain. Add back to skillet and mix in taco seasoning. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, chilis and enchilada sauce. Layer in bottom of 9x12 casserole dish. Gently top with prepared corn bread mix being careful not to mix it in with the ground beef mixture. Bake at 350 until cornbread on top is golden brown.
