2 pieces chicken breasts with bone in

Preparation

  1. Cook the chicken in 3/4" of water in a frying pan. The water should come up to the chicken bone level.

  2. Boil the chicken, covered, for approximately 30 minutes. You can add thume or dill in the water.

  3. Take out the chicken. Put it in foil wrapped up like a piece of candy with the ends twisted.

  4. Let it sit at room temp on a dish and then put in the fridge when it’s cooled off.
