Ingredients
16 apples
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2C cider
1/2t cinnamon
1/8C sugar
Preparation
- peel and cube apples
- melt the butter in large pan
- add apples to pan and stir
- add cider, cinnamon and sugar
- let simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the bottom doesn’t burn
- use potato masher to desired consistency
