Ingredients

2 cups Half & Half

4 tablespoons Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

4 3/4 tablespoons Loose Thai Tea

1 envelope Gelatin

3 tablespoons Water

Preparation

Bring milk and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

Stir in Thai tea and let steep for 7-8 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter. Let cool slightly.

While the tea mixture is cooling, mix together gelatin and water in a bowl. Let the gelatin bloom for a few minutes.

Pour warm tea mixture over the gelatin. Stir to dissolve/combine.

Divide into cups. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Run a knife around edges, unmold, and enjoy!
