Ingredients
1 green onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Fish sauce or fish stock
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame or other Oil
2 teaspoons Fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger
Preparation
Mix together well and marinate meat (1 lb Chicken works well) 4+ hours or overnight in refrigerator
