Ingredients
8 oz oriental noodles (Soba, rice, etc.)
2.5 C shredded fresh vegetables (carrots, red cabbage, scallions, celery, cucumber, etc.)
1 T. Sriracha hot sauce
1 T. canola oil
1 T. rice vinegar
1 T. sesame oil
Salt or soy sauce to taste
Preparation
Cook noodles (Soba, rice, etc) per package directions. Mix Sriracha, oils, and vinegar briskly. Toss noodles and veggies with sauce.
