Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground pork

2 tablespoons grated ginger

3 minced teaspoons garlic

2 trimmed & minced sticks scallions

1 teaspoon Fish sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon white pepper

2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

1/4 cup oil

1 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

2 cups coconut milk

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 or more teaspoons chili pepper flakes

Preparation

mix the pork, ginger, garlic & scallions together in lg bowl with your hands until thoroughly combined. Mix in the fish sauce, soy sauce, white pepper & 1 tsp sesame oil. Knead together very well. Form into balls roughly the size of a golf ball.
