Ingredients
1 egg
1 slice bread
1 teaspoon butter
Preparation
Cut a square hole out of the bread.
Butter and preheat pan.
Place bread in pan and break egg into the hole, taking care not to break the yolk.
Fry until egg white is opaque but yolk is still runny.
Toast extracted bread center.
