Ingredients

150 g sugar

3 piece egg whites

6 sheets gelatin

1 tablespoon vanilla

2 tablespoon starch

Preparation

Put sugar in Thermomix. Process 20 seconds at speed 10. Reserve 50 g that you mix with corn starch.

Place butterfly in Thermomix. Add egg whites to bowl. Process for 5 minutes at 90C, speed 4.

Meanwhile, soak gelatin in cold water. Squeeze out water. Add gelatin to Thermomix. Process for 4 min at speed 4.

Pour into oiled pan. Spread. Let set.

Sprinkle with sugar/corn starch mixture. Remove from pan. Spread sugar/corn starch mixture all over. Cut into pieces, spread ing coating mixutre.
