Ingredients

1 stick and 3 Tbsp butter

6 Tbsp confectioners sugar

1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour

pinch of salt

jam

more confectioners sugar for dusting

Preparation

Mix the butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla, flour and salt together;

on lightly greased cookie sheet, place little balls of batter. Flatten to approx. 2 inches in diameter and put an indentation in the middle with your thumb.

Fill the indentation with jam (it’ll be like 1/4 tsp of jam - just a little taste).

Bake at 325 degrees for fifteen minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar.
