Ingredients
1 piece RawSpiceBar’s Hazelnut Dukkah
1 piece Flatbread, toasted
1 piece Olive oil
Preparation
Toast RawSpiceBar’s Hazelnut Dukkah over medium heat for 2 minutes, until fragrant. Transfer to a shallow bowl. Set aside a second bowl of olive oil and serve toasted flatbread or other good bread, dipping first in the oil, then in the dukkah. Serve with roasted bronzini & sumac carrot salad.
