Ingredients

1 package frozen meat ravioli

1 egg

1 Tbsp milk

3/4 cups breadcrumbs

3 cups vegetable oil

1 Tbsp grated parmesan

Marinara sauce - for dipping

Preparation

Heat water to a boil and cook the ravioli for 1 minute. Drain. Beat the egg and milk in a bowl. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan, and place in a separate bowl. Heat 2 inches of oil on medium-high heat in a pan. Dip each ravioli in the egg mix, then breadcrumbs. Fry the ravioli, flipping once, until golden. Serve with a side of warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
