Ingredients

1/3 cup Olive oil

2 cloves Garlic shopped

1 Lemon

1 1/2 teaspoon Balsalmic Vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 Egg

2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

1/2 can Anchovy

Preparation

Make Crutons and put on baking sheet, seasoned with oil, salt, pepper,red pepper flakes and Italian seasons bake at 350 until done.

Squeeze the lemon over the lettuce and let sit.

Add the chopped garlic to the olive oil and let sit for at least an hour.

At the last minute add the other ingredients and lay the anchovies on top of the salad.
