Ingredients
2 cups Mom’s Beef Broth
1/2 piece Small Onion
1/2 piece Green Onion (Same volume as onion)
1 scoop Heaping Spoonful of gochujang
1 teaspoon Thai red pepper flake
1/2 teaspoon Korean red pepper (for color)
1 package Package firm tofu
Preparation
Boil the broth, onion, red pepper flake, korean red pepper, and green onion.
Cut the tofu into cubes and add it after a little bit
Boil until the tofu and onion are cooked
