2 pounds tomatoes

1 medium cucumber

¼ cup cilantro

2 thick bread slices

2 tablespoons dark sesame oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 cup water

pepper.

Chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds for garnishes

Preparation

Combine in blender 2 pounds tomatoes; 1 medium cucumber; ¼ cup cilantro; 2 thick bread slices; 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil; 2 tablespoons soy sauce; 2 tablespoons rice vinegar; 1 cup water; pepper. Blend until either chunky or smooth, and garnish with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
